21 Merit

Why the name 21 Merit?

The highest award in the Boy Scouts of America is the Eagle Scout. In order to attain this rank achieved by only 4% of all scouting participants, a Scout is required to study and execute across many areas, with each study area culminating with the awarding of a Merit Badge.  Requirements for Eagle Scout include earning at least 21 Merit badges. Through the entire process, a Scout must demonstrate hard work and a commitment to high integrity.

As I’ve reflected on personally achieving Eagle and on my business career where I assisted many individuals and businesses work to fulfill their objectives, I noticed that the ones I admire also embody characteristics similar to the Eagle Scout.

My advisory work is focused in this way.  Helping individuals and companies embrace and accomplish what they aspire to be -- Achievement. With Integrity.
